David, from the beginning of this entire process, you were as invested in our home as we were. We traveled from our minds, to paper, and finally to reality together, and you were there every step of the way offering your input and guidance without limiting our freedom of choice and movement.

This was my fourth custom home which I have built, and David Payne was the best builder by far that I have ever worked with. First, I would like to express my thanks to David for a job well done. David was always on top of things and in complete control of all his sub-contractors. He completed this house well in advance of my expectations and was able to still maintain the high quality work product.
